How Our Shop Works

You will find many products available, and know that you can purchase from us by three means.

EMAIL – We can take your email orders. Send us an order via email, with your reference number for the transaction, and as soon as we have confirmed the transaction reference number, we will process your order for you.
How to order by email:
a) Choose your items from the website.
b) Send an email to [email protected], requesting a “TABS Sales Order”
c) State the codes of the items you want, and their quantities.
d) We will email you a quotation for the items, based on the products you have requested.
e) Use the reference number from the quotation as the reference number for your transaction, and pay for the products.
f) Once the products are paid for, we will ship your order to you.

ONLINE – You can order online, and your order will be sent to you as soon as the transaction clears in our account. Be sure to keep your reference number, and put it in your bank details. Due to modern technology, most transactions via bank account are instant now.
How to order online:
a) Place your order on the website.
b) Make your bank transfer (we accept PayID payments, using O4O3 987 898).
c) Use the reference number of your order as the reference number on the bank transfer.

PHONE – You can call us on the telephone and place your order the easy way – by talking to someone. We will take your call, confirm it with you, wait for your transaction, and get your order processed.
How to order by phone:
a) Select your products from the website.
b) Call O4O3 987 898, and state you’d like to make a “TABS Sales Order“.
c) We will tell you the cost and fill out an invoice on your part, and you will make the bank transfer. You will use the Reference Number given to you in your bank transfer.
d) Once the money has cleared (should be instantly), your order will be processed.
* Please be aware that telephone sales are only accepted between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday on standard business days.

We are not online in the same manner as other stores, in that we are here to take your calls and emails, and instead of using another platform for banking, we keep our prices low by allowing you to purchase by direct bank transfer, and not by using an app that takes a percentage.

Postage Fees

The cost of postage is $18.00 + G.S.T. If your order is over $500, the postage is free.

Tax – G.S.T.

The government requires that we collect G.S.T. for our purchases. Therefore, be aware that the prices on the site are NOT inclusive of G.S.T., although all internet orders will have a G.S.T. amount added (10%) prior to billing.
